If you would like to be placed on our priority waiting list, once you're approved, a deposit will reserve your spot in line.
It is never too early to get on our list! The sooner you do the better chance you have of getting the puppy you want.
Updates will be posted in our 'waiting list' Facebook group on ALL of our litters for everyone to see. This information will be made available to you once you have completed your non-refundable deposit agreement form and your deposit has been received.
We will then contact you individually when we have puppies available that match your exact criteria as specified on your puppy application or if puppies are available you can place your request.
We are always accepting deposits for our future puppies! Deposits are $300 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to any future litter.
While we can not guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member!
We try our very best to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting, their coat colors and shedding genetics, untimately Mother Nature decides what we get!
You are more than welcome to skip any available litter and wait for the perfect puppy.
We place everyone on our list in order of deposits received. In the event a litter is not produced like we had hoped for, there aren't enough puppies out of your preferred litter, or one doesn't meet your criteria; then your deposit will go towards our next available litter.
By placing your deposit with us we assume you agree to these terms.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
Venmo: (@doodledogspnw) Venmo is easy to set up and is the quickest way to get your deposit to us! No fees added unless you use a credit card.
PayPal: (firstname.lastname@example.org) select "Pay for Goods or Services" & ADD 3% to your transaction.
Please fill out a PUPPY APPLICATION and send in your deposit. Final payment is Cash or Cashier’s Check.
Occasionally we will accept credit cards if this is a hardship, but there are substantial fees to process that get added. Please contact us is you have a special circumstance.
If shipping a puppy, payment will be due 2 weeks before. Continental USA Shipping in the safe cargo area is $450.
For those on our waiting list, we will update everyone when a litter is born and will contact you individually when we have puppies available that match your criteria.
Once the litter has reached 3-4 weeks of age and are thriving, we will go down our list and start offering puppies to individuals in order based on preferences.
We will provide weekly photo updates as the puppies grow prior to choosing as well as up until they leave so that you can continue to watch your puppy mature.
If you are set on a specific color and/or gender, we will only offer you puppies that meet these criteria. Please note that if you are set on a particular type of puppy your wait may be longer. If you aren't particular on color, gender, etc. you will likely have more options to choose from and have the opportunity to get your puppy sooner.
We will have Puppy Videos Available week 3-5, exclusively for those on our waiting list to help you choose.
We do not operate a kennel, we are a small hobby farm, our dogs are our family and are raised in our home. Because of this we do not have business hours for people to stop by and play with our puppies nor do we allow visits from anyone who is not on our waiting list or in line to choose their puppy. To avoid sickness, visits are kept to scheduled visitation days with strict sanitation. In person visits are strictly after puppies are 6 weeks old and reserved for those who are choosing puppies.
For families on our waiting lists that need shipping, final payment on your chosen puppy is due 2 weeks before your litter's pick-up date. Final pmnt is due at the in person pick up for all others. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment by this time, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance of your puppy. Final payments will be made via snail mail / Cashier’s check.
Deposits are nonrefundable, please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy! After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause should be from the vet in writing that we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. We reserve the right to get a second vet opinion. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.
HAND-DELIVERY: In some select circumstances we can hand-deliver your puppy to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with our "flight nanny" in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin. Hand-delivery to the continental US starts at $600 (depending on location it may be less). This will include your puppy's health record, flight, and transportation to the airport. We may also be able to hand-deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other countries outside of the continental US, but prices vary by location.
You are welcome to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on. We can meet you at the Seatac airport!
Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates!
We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 1-Year Health Guarantee! We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge. *Certain guidelines must be met in order to qualify for our guarantee. Please request to see our contract for more info.
DEWCLAWS & TAIL DOCKING
After years of research, debating, and talking to other Doodle breeders about this topic, we have decided to keep our puppies’ dewclaws intact.
We do not offer tail docking on any of our Doodle puppies. All Aussiedoodle tails will be left natural unlike the dock of the Australian Shepherd breed standard. We believe dogs were given thumbs and tails for a reason!
We make every attempt to be as accommodating as possible, and will keep your puppy for a period beyond the normal pick up date if the need arises. There possibly is a $150/week boarding fee for every week after the puppies are available to be picked up or shipped, starting on the first day. This covers the cost of food, training, and boarding. We will board your puppy for up to 2 weeks past the pickup or shipping date.
Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found.
We do not offer refund returns past the 3 day mark after the puppy has gone to their new home and exchanges can only be made within our 1 year guarantee window if your puppy was found to have a life-threatening genetic defect.
We do not exchange dogs for coat, color, personality issues or any other issue beyond our control. We very much would like the puppy returned should you become unable to care for it. We will help you rehome it but no refunds will be issued unless we can resell the puppy. After the sale we will deduct the cost of care and at our discretion refund the remaining amount.
Each puppy will be sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. You do NOT have breeding rights with puppy purchase.
You will receive & sign the health contract / no breeding contract when we transfer puppy ownership.
This protects our puppies because we love them dearly. We ask that you speak to your vet as to a good age to spay. Spaying too young isn’t healthy, This is why we don’t spay before we send puppies home. Its recommended to wait until a year old.
